First, the editing on this doesn't exist (I have no video editing software...) so I apologize for that. Second, Uematsu-sensei says this at the end of the video: Everyone, thank you for always supporting me. I will continue to do my best from here on in so please continue supporting me.
Two major shifts in the industry we all love. Bioware and Pandemic are now part of the EA empire, while Bungie says toodles to Microsoft. Both are important. Both need to be discussed. Thats just what i'm a-gonna do.

Another tuesday, another episode of Word on the Block! Matt Conquer once again joins Bob Forbes and Aaron Martinez, and the three talk a bit longer than usual. Bob's been playing a truck load of games and there's a megaton of news this week.

We also discuss Adam Volk's new column, Hollywood High-Res, which focuses on television and movies and how they relate to games. There's no shortage of movie-video games to discuss, so we go over our favourites.

Due to a larger file size this week, we've had to upload the mp3 to filefront.com, this is unfortunate but necessary. Download it here!

Aaron Martinez and Bob Forbes return for the second episode of Word on the Block, but unfortunately Matt Conquer is absent, away at a cottage for the long weekend.

While he's away relaxing, Aaron and Bob talk about the recent controversy over racism in Resident Evil 5, the GTA IV delay, Starcraft 2 and who we think will own this holiday season.

The first episode of Gamer's Block's new podcast! Listen in as Matt "Aggrowhore" Conquer, Aaron "Audiosnag" Martinez, and Bob "too good for a nickname" Forbes talk about what they've been playing, some industry news and discuss some of the things that have been happening around the website.

Enjoy, and check back every tuesday for the newest episode!
